Combinations of the above do not mean addition of all fees, we discount each element when a project has more than one aspect.

These fees DO NOT include Local Authority fees which currently stand at;

 

PLANNING PERMISSION for householder application £150.00

PLANNING PERMISSION for new dwelling £335.00

 

BUILDING REGULATIONS fees are divided into 2 and vary between Local Authorities. They are approximately;

Plan Checking Fee £150.00 Payable on submission of application.

Inspection Fee £400 (depending on size and type of project) Payable once works commence.
